Rinse-less wash method

Rinse-less originally was designed during period of drought. (at least what I believe). And since the technology got developed. It ended up being a viable washing solution for lot of people. Original technology, mostly pushed and developed more by Yvan Lacroix (he worked at Optimum Polymer Technologies, know as the godfather of rinse-less ONR) He know started DIY Detail. Since they have changed the formula and process that it's actually become a really good washing technique. 

However, the "-" dash has been added more recently, because doesn't mean you don't rinse your car, just means you rinse less. Pre-rinsing is still necessary if your vehicle is heavily dirty. Same applies if you do a traditional soap/foam wash. You want to get physical contamination off the vehicle. If it's heavy, rinse the car first. Pre-soak with "No Rinse/rinse-less" for 2-5 mins, then rinse off. Then start the process. The polymer technology emulsify dirt/dust into smaller particiles. Rinse-less actually is great for pre-soak/pre-wash stage because of it. It's just a technique that's an option instead of traditional soap.
